Keeps local utility scripts out of the repository and carries the sweep configuration updates from
sweeps/jerry.utils/to.gitignoreso local ad hoc utility scripts stay untracked.utilsscripts from the repository.Notes
This is intentionally separate from the AlphaGenome embedding/PCA workflow PR so the local utility cleanup and sweep configuration changes can be reviewed independently.
