Adds a CI build-status badge to the README.
It also re-runs the full build matrix — including the JIT track that loads/JIT-compiles this template in ossia score — against the freshly rebuilt sdk37 (LLVM 22.1.8 with the JITLink COFF leaderless-COMDAT fix + libxml2/Qt fixes). That's the runtime confirmation that the Windows JIT
