Bump the pinned Avendish FetchContent commit to celtera/avendish@558744d (latest main). Standalone builds now assemble the full per-backend package layout automatically via avnd_addon_finalize -> avnd_addon_package (externals + the generated Max/Pd help & example patches + metadata), with no per-addon packaging code.
