This is a hacky first shot at cetz-package#1124. I am not liking it because it would override user-defined `miter-limit`. Can someone provide guidance how to better raise this default values for arrows so they remain pointy by default as most likely expected?

Styling specific mark shapes using cetz' styling system is currently not possible. But should be easy to add. I will take a look. Then we can give a big miter limit to stealth markers. |

I am not liking it because it overrides user-defined
miter-limitif they chose an explicit one for some reason. Can someone provide guidance how to better raise this default value for arrows markers specifically so they remain pointy by default as most likely expected?
(My guess is that very few users want their arrow beveled, so we can pick a rather high default value.)
