- review_gate.py: 评审门控工具，Done前检查Review状态 - ethos_self_check.py: ETHOS自查工具，exec写操作前检查GitHub搜索等 - active_meditation_trigger.py: 主动沉思触发器，检测重复问题/工具异常/定时沉思 以及各脚本的manifest文档。
