ENABLE_TRACING setting is correctly used to enable USDT inclusion in the build and in functional test.
USDT functional tests are fixed - probe names, arguments and the script within the test are fixed to match the parameters used in tapyrusd.
Other tracing scripts are improved as suggested by Claude code for better logging
