Writing a draft of a writeup for the CHAOSS website infra project.
Currently work in progress, but the goal is to essentially get a team wide vote on this to formally designate me as the project leader for this and decide on what decisionmaking processes should be used for this project (i.e. likely codifying what already exists, but writing it down and voting on it).
This is sort of a first test of our governance in practice
