feat: adopt SDK 1.0.5 and WebGPU FP32

Summary

• adopt SDK 1.0.5 with model manifest 1.0.1 as the default
• enable WebGPU FP32 auto-selection and strict explicit selection
• sync the demo, bilingual docs, examples, API report, and release verification
• preserve both v1.0.0 and v1.0.1 model assets in replacement-style GitHub Pages deployments

The full test and build commands are run serially because both can rebuild or package the workspace SDK.
