Adds validated CPU/WASM FP16 support through model manifest 1.0.1 and SDK 1.0.5. Keeps the published 1.0.0 manifest and model binaries immutable, syncs SDK, Demo, Pages staging, workflows, tests, and bilingual documentation, and records real browser WASM FP16 evidence. Release workflow tags are bound to the verified main commit. Verification: model pipeline 35 passed; SDK 72 passed; release contract 13 passed; documentation contract 3 passed; Demo browser 12 passed; SDK and Demo production builds passed.
