Summary

Prepare @churnkey/mcp 1.1.0 for the additive tool changes merged in #37 and #38.

• Document currency-specific rebate offer support in update_blueprint_offer.
• Document the restored blueprint and segment tools, live-audience acknowledgement, and corrected operand set.
• Bump both the npm package and advertised MCP server version from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0.
• Replace stale “Unreleased” markers for the already-published 1.0.0 and 0.3.0 releases with their publication dates.

• create_blueprint, create_segment_flow, archive_segment, and list_segment_attributes.
• confirmLiveChange support for live segment audience edits.
