Update the vmlinux blob to match the newest version of ci-kernels. PR cilium/ci-kernels#89 enabled user namespaces in preparation for testing BPF tokens. Due to the change in kconfig, the vmlinux blob had to be updated. Signed-off-by: Dylan Reimerink <dylan.reimerink@isovalent.com>
