Local Development

# Install dependencies
gem install bundler
bundle install

Writing Posts

Posts live in _posts/ and follow the naming convention:

YYYY-MM-DD-post-title.md

Front Matter

Each post requires YAML front matter. Use jekyll compose to scaffold a new post:

Excerpt Separator

Add <!-- more --> after the first meaningful paragraph to control what appears in post listings and the homepage preview.

Tag Vocabulary

Use these tags consistently to keep navigation working:

linux, networking, virtualization, storage, security, monitoring, opensuse, sles, windows, bash, ssh, apache, nagios, backup, timezone, java, oracle, powershell, gps, sysadmin, nonsense, meta

Deployment

Commits pushed to the main branch are automatically built and deployed by GitHub Pages. The live site is available at https://iriarte.it.
