Spatial Statistics with Climate Data

This repository contains tutorials demonstrating how to perform spatial statistical analyses using climate model output.

Contents are as follows:

• 1. Correlation and Regression Maps.ipynb - Goes through the process of creating a regionally averaged time series, then applying either correlation or regression analysis to a second, gridded climate field to assess the spatial patterns that relate to the time series.
