Clean and correct. The github.repository_owner == 'cloudflare' guard prevents the scheduled cron from firing on forks where the required secrets (CF_AI_GATEWAY_ACCOUNT_ID, CF_AI_GATEWAY_NAME, CF_AI_GATEWAY_TOKEN) are unavailable. Consistent with how other workflows in this repo (e.g., deploy-examples) handle fork skipping.
