Switchblade v0.9.5 (cloudfoundry/switchblade#126) fixes a bug where
cf delete-buildpack -f <name>fails with "Multiple buildpacks named X found" when multiple stacks are present. The fix iterates over/v3/buildpacksresources and uses-s <stack>for stack-scoped buildpacks.
