Anmerkungen: - Teilweise angepasst um der deutschen Version zu entsprechen - In der deutschen Version heissts "Verband" - müsste das nicht Verein sein? - Überschrift 3: Affiliation ist eher Mitgliedschaft, adhésion eher Beitritt - könnte beides passen - Aus meiner Sicht müsste in beiden Versionen präzisiert werden, dass natürliche Personen nicht Mitglied werden können (oder können sie?) - "à l'avance au moins" (=mindestens) <-> spätestens (deutsche version) - was denn nun? - vote éléctronique -> wird in Zukunft aber schwierig, gegen e-Voting zu argumentieren, wenn das hier drinsteht ;-)

Können wir das noch so drehen: "L'invitation doit parvenir aux membres au moins 42 jours à l'avance"?

Ich würde gerne den Begriff "premier trimestre" umschreiben, wie die original-Statuten auf Deutsch auch. Der Begriff setzt zusätzliches Wissen voraus und kann missverstanden werden. Tri = 3 ist immer ein Verwirrspiel zwischen Blöcke á 3 Monate (3m x 4 = 1y) oder 1/3 Jahr (also 1 Block = 4m, 4m x 3= 1y). |
