Walltaker support

This adds the wall taker settings block + a service that's listening for changes to wallpapers over the walltaker actionable API!

TODO:

• Clean it up, the settings block is overly complex
• Move more logic into walltaker service class/hooks
• Still not listening for new wallpapers when on game board for some reason

I see some files have formatting changes.
I added a .editorconfig file, that should help your editor to format the files consistently.
there might also be a prettier plugin available for your IDE that can help with that.

I have added a walltalker folder plus a walltalker tab to the Service settings.
You can use that as a base for this implementation.
