Unfortunately as of NixOS/nixpkgs#237681 the withXwidgets param has been disable on macos so this won't build with this dependency. I don't fully understand why, but in the interest of getting the build working...

There hasn't been any build in a while, and one of the problems is cachix/install-nix-action#183. I believe bumping
cachix/install-nix-actionsto v22 should fix this. Additionally I've bumped the other ones to the latest, which should hopefully remove to NodeJS 12 warnings etc.
