lgtm, but I also have not tested it. This endpoint isn't used anywhere except the TA system, so I think you could deploy it, and roll it back if it doesn't work without too much disruption. |

Adds a new (optional, default false)
universalarg to the autocomplete query to enable universal search across all sessions.It also now returns eventId of the result to make further fetching results easier.
I also included
issueUrlas a search parameter for projects to make that more convenient.
