- plugin-customization.md：新增 §3.8 DialogContentProvider（审批弹框内容自定义， 含 add/remove/resolve、命中短路、title/content 语义与真实示例）；§1 扩展点表补该项； §3.5 改 triggerFrontEvent 为「框架自动拦截」最终口径（PC custom.tsx / 移动端 dispatchApprovalFrontEvent）；§4.4/§7 同步；去 issue-195 来源表述；§7 补弹框渲染优先级
- integration/index.md：plugin-customization 指南描述补 DialogContentProvider
- CLAUDE.md：核心架构模式新增 ActionInterceptor / DialogContentProvider
