Research possible python MusicXML libraries.

Determine which python MusicXML libraries fit our needs for reading, and if possible, MIDI output. For output and reading, our needs are:

• Easy selection for MIDI instruments
• Possibility to move to next beat and measure
• Set, get, and change tempo and dynamics in real time.
• Easy handling of possible changing time signatures for next beat and measure
• Ability to track notes both in milliseconds, as well as knowledge of where notes are in a measure.
