Adding function to get Netscaler statistics using Powershell
Adding Basic Functions for logging debug information, Saving Passwords as SecureStrings, RamblingCookieMonter's Join-Object implementation that can be used to join contents from 2 tables, which is very helpful and faster than other implementations that I have found, a simple Get-MDY Function that gets today's date in yyMMdd Format for things like naming files.

I added a function to access Netscaler NITRO API statistics through the module. Also added some helper functions and scripts that I use for collecting inventory or statistics. Please feel free to merge or make changes
