Fixes #26

What changed

  • Document Ubuntu baseline and add quick-start prerequisites for Ubuntu/macOS.
  • Add keybindings overview: tmux prefix, neoterm toggle, and coc behavior.

Why

  • Improves onboarding for new setups with clear expectations and minimal steps.

Verification

  • README renders with concise sections for Baseline, Prerequisites, and Keybindings.
