El único ejemplo embebido pasa a ser examples/ciclo-investigación (investigar sobre la propia herramienta). El resto de examples/ deja de versionarse.

chore: retirarexploracion/— workspace de exploración local de IED (datos, scripts, redes, informes). No es parte de la librería; sale del control de versiones.chore(gitignore):examples/solo trackeaciclo-investigación— el único ejemplo embebido pasa a serexamples/ciclo-investigación; el resto deexamples/deja de versionarse.No toca código de la librería ni docstrings. No incluye las notas personales del PO (siguen sin trackear).
El cambio de
.gitignoreno destrackea lo ya versionado:examples/valoraciones/yexamples/bibtex/siguen en el repo (los necesita el gate R2 y 5 tests, además del ADR 0030). Para queexamples/quede solo conciclo-investigaciónhace falta un cambio aparte y cuidadoso: crearexamples/ciclo-investigación, repuntar los 5 tests, retirar los ejemplos viejos y actualizar el ADR 0030.
