Per the sealing PR composefs#224 (comment) Debian's kernel has support for fsverity sigs, but Fedora derivatives don't. In order to gain more diverse coverage here in general, but also in prep for that, add support for building on top of the bootcrew Debian image that especially can then use `bcvk ephemeral` for testing.
