Outcome

  • adds four-layer admission quality metrics and honest 2026-08-15 README scorecard
  • upgrades ten pilot Source Manifests to strict V2 in-progress ledgers
  • adds lightweight four-program compare API and decision-first favorites UX
  • preserves semantic filters across languages and surfaces Open now / Upcoming routes
  • hardens exact-SHA Vercel alias promotion with transactional rollback
  • separates backup/restore credentials, versioned raw-v1 R2 checkpoints, readback verification and isolated bulk restore
  • preserves D1 Release truth and keeps Shadow compare JSON-primary until parity is proven

Verified

  • lint and TypeScript passed
  • focused release/manifest/D1/UX tests: 36 passed
  • full unit suite before final fail-closed refinements: 656 passed
  • data, Manifest and maintenance validators passed after 2026-08-15 stale rollover
  • D1 migrations/integrity and four Worker suites passed
  • real Catalog + Pipeline R2 readback passed; isolated restore completed in 101.198 seconds with zero FK violations

Safety

  • no unreviewed MiniMax inbox/raw files are included
  • Production remains on JSON until the planned Shadow gates are satisfied
  • GitHub backup/restore/Alias secrets still require secure repository configuration
