Перенес consta-design-system/uikit#4155.
Также в CI настроил прогон линтеров, сейчас он не был включен, и исправил 2 prettier stylelint ошибки. Еще сразу поднял версию ноды, 18 в EOL с 2025 года. Для запуска тестов пришлось добавить
--passWithNoTestsиз за того что нет тестов, когда добавятся флаг можно будет убратьЧек-лист
