Some fixes, mainly for paladin. Missing command still broken for warrior and rogue.

Working classic version

Tested in stress test, seems fine. Includes temporary fix for showing spell ranks.

Classic test version

Only TOC version set to classic and phase set to 1, maybe won't even work.
