Added in support for FoundationGames wonderful mod, Phonos! Now you can use those creative music discs for fun sounds while riding the rails.
Subtitles will now display in a similar manner to jukeboxes, with the text "Now playing: Sound Description" displaying the MusicDiscItem description, or if it is a CustomMusicDiscItem from Phonos, the subtitle description of the sound, or if not available, the translation name of the phonos music disc item.
Music discs played and Note blocks tuned statistics will now increment while using their minecart versions.

Sound-Track adds two types of Minecarts: Jukebox Minecarts and Note Block Minecarts.

Jukebox Minecarts
- Can be interacted with like a normal Jukebox
- Can stop/start playback with activator rails
- Can read identical comparator value as Jukebox with detector rails
Noteblock Minecarts
- Can be interacted with like a normal Noteblock
- Won't instantly break when hit in creative
- Can be played with an activator rail
