🛡️ Sentinel: [MEDIUM] Add global security headers

🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
💡 Vulnerability: The API lacked basic security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options) in global responses.
🎯 Impact: Without these headers, the API could be vulnerable to basic client-side attacks like clickjacking (due to missing X-Frame-Options) or MIME-type sniffing (due to missing X-Content-Type-Options). Additionally, browsers might not strictly enforce HTTPS on subsequent requests (missing HSTS).
🔧 Fix: Added these standard headers to the existing request_context_middleware in apps/api/src/cortex_api/middleware/request_context.py.
✅ Verification: Ran format, lint, and full test suite (pytest) confirming everything passes and no functionality is broken. Verified changes via git diff.
