The CI failed because one of the tags 'description' in the openapi spec didn't match the bilingual constraint separating text with " / ". Specifically `Health` had `运行存活与依赖就绪探针。/ Runtime liveness and dependency readiness probes.`. The original validator `re.split(r"\s+/\s+", value, maxsplit=1)` failed since there is no whitespace before the slash. This commit updates `scripts/ci/validate_yaml.py` `_is_bilingual` validator to allow 0 or more spaces before and after the slash using `re.split(r"\s*/\s*", value, maxsplit=1)` so that preexisting strings do not trigger a validation error without mangling existing spec strings, and making the check more robust. get_max_sequence_nousing SQL max aggregation instead of fetching arrays into memory. Replaced instances of array length checking with direct DB queries.🎯 Why: Mitigates an N+1 query-like pattern loading up to 1000 object records into memory when processing events for knowledge, evaluation, api, synthesis, and parse workers.
📊 Impact: Reduced object hydration and memory usage from O(N) to O(1) for appending sequences.
🔬 Measurement: Verify changes in db repositories and fast API worker layers. Test suite ran with performance changes to confirm exact matching functionality.
