🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
💡 Vulnerability: Missing security headers on API responses (HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options).
🎯 Impact: Without these headers, clients are more susceptible to MIME-sniffing, clickjacking, and man-in-the-middle attacks over non-HTTPS connections.
🔧 Fix: Added Strict-Transport-Security, X-Content-Type-Options, and X-Frame-Options to the global request_context_middleware in the FastAPI app.
✅ Verification: Ensure tests pass and the headers are successfully appended to the Response object in apps/api/src/cortex_api/middleware/request_context.py.
