🚨 Severity: ENHANCEMENT
💡 Vulnerability: Missing standard API security headers (HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options).
🎯 Impact: Helps prevent clickjacking, MIME-type sniffing, and enforces HTTPS.
🔧 Fix: Added these headers globally to all responses in the API's request_context_middleware.
✅ Verification: Ran uv run --group lint ruff check ., uv run --all-packages --group types pyright tests/unit/test_api_middleware.py, and CORTEX_COGNEE_ENABLED=false uv run --all-packages --group test pytest tests/unit/test_api_middleware.py.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8076472233132345755 started by @crabcanon

Adds `Strict-Transport-Security`, `X-Content-Type-Options`, and `X-Frame-Options` headers to all API responses via the request context middleware to improve security posture and prevent common vulnerabilities like clickjacking and MIME-type sniffing. Includes unit test verification.
