Description
This replaces our internal usages of asset bundles with a service built on Yii3's assets as a temporary measure until all asset bundles have been replaced.
The legacy asset bundle bridge for plugins has been kept as-is.
This will allow us to split off the yii2-adapter before the frontend is fully modernized.
