Add -b/--bypass flag to `cmux new` and `cmux start` that passes --dangerously-skip-permissions to Claude Code, skipping interactive permission prompts for power users who trust their Claude sessions. Also supports CMUX_BYPASS=1 environment variable for persistent config.
