Remove the beta notice.
Also changes the example text to match with what's actually being displayed on the end-users screen.
Details now reflect correct usage of RAR authorization_details.

need to make it clear that it's a url encoded json string
CIBA for NO BankID is now generally available
RAR will be the default going forward, instead of custom query params.
