- Bump version 0.2.1 -> 0.3.0 (minor: subpackage re-exports add public API). - Add a Roadmap / further-work section to the README covering items not yet addressed (see PRE-MORTEM.md / CHANGES_SUMMARY.md): error-reporting fixes, input validation, configurable PPMI threshold, deterministic SVD fallback, mutation testing in CI, and wider coverage. Follows the merge of the docs/design/tests hardening PRs (#6-#9). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
