Use some mixins for headers that either need to be rendered in the context of an element that's floated left or one that isn't floated. Also remove BOM characters that were making a zero width non breaking space appear http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9691771/why-is-65279-appearing-in-my-html
Reverts AskTheEU to look like a stock alaveteli instance. From here, we’ll add theme customisations, and reinstate any required templates or bits of content that have been removed. The new code here is a copy of mysociety/alavetelitheme at commit 6713c87.
