Opportunity Ops

Opportunity operating system for consulting, fractional work, and selective remote roles.

This repository is not a CV repo. It is the commercial operating layer above CVs, case studies, outreach, target accounts, and application assets.

The goal is to turn opportunity pursuit into a managed system:

  • market strategy
  • lane-specific positioning
  • proof assets
  • target account selection
  • outreach and recruiter handling
  • application discipline
  • pipeline visibility
  • conversion learning

Core principle

This system optimizes for selective, high-leverage opportunity generation. Not job-board volume. Not generic application automation. Not recruiter pleasing for its own sake.

Primary lanes

  • consulting projects
  • fractional or advisory work
  • strategic contracts
  • selective remote employment

Repository intent

Before implementation work, this repo should define:

  • the operating model
  • the commercial rules
  • the source-of-truth files
  • the issue map
  • the build sequence

That is why the first phase is planning-heavy.

Structure

docs/
architecture/ system structure and source-of-truth design
strategy/ market, lanes, offers, positioning, ICPs
operations/ workflows, cadences, pipeline, metrics, rules
assets/ proof asset specs and content-system planning
research/ market assumptions, recruiter patterns, channel analysis
templates/ outreach, evaluation, and tracking templates
issues/ issue map and delivery sequence

Status

Phase 0: repository blueprint and issue architecture. No implementation should outrun strategy.
