UI enhancement : Delivery Location UI & Carousel for Promotional Banners

Issue resolved #73 UI Enhancements: Move Delivery Location to Top Left and Add Carousel for Promotional Banners

Enhancements:

1. The delivery location system could be moved to the navigation bar with better UI. This would make it more accessible and visible to users while they are browsing.
2. Added Carousel for Promotional Banners. An area to showcase promotional banners, special offers, or seasonal sales.
