Adds createNoteBodyJson to convert explicit @handle text into Substack mention nodes, models handles separately from display labels and public user IDs, documents scheduled Note usage, and bumps the package to 0.3.2. This fixes scheduled Notes treating person tags as plain text. Validated with bun run test:all (38 tests), bun run build, and git diff --check.
