Refactor Analysis Components and Viewshed Task

Refactored LinkAnalysisPanel.jsx into smaller components (LinkStatusIndicator, LinkBudgetDisplay, ModelComparisonTable) and a custom hook (useDraggablePanel). Refactored SiteAnalysisResultsPanel.jsx by extracting tabs into subcomponents and moving topology logic to a utility file. Moved heavy calculation logic from viewshed task to a core processor module. Updated REFACTORING_REPORT.md.
