This is a work-in-progress PR. This is intended to add capability for icebergs to induce sea ice ridging due to reducing area available for sea ice, and through an iceberg advection interaction term. Currently this will error out if config_berg_ridge_seaice = true due to the difference open water is seen by the column package (openWaterArea = iceAreaCell vs. openWaterArea = iceAreaCell - bergAreaCell).
