What changed

  • adds the five-locale App Preview v003 composition, synchronized audio workflow, manifests, and regression smoke
  • hardens ASC screenshot and App Preview uploads with terminal-state and checksum verification
  • adds repo-owned Review Notes profiles, metadata archives, and exact Xcode Cloud build binding
  • records the completed en-GB fallback sync, App Privacy URL update, build 119 binding, and Korean review decision

Why

This closes the remaining auditable App Store Connect 1.6.0 release-material gates without changing the app runtime or automatically submitting the release.

Validation

  • full bash scripts/run_offline_regression.sh passed before the final documentation-only status update
  • Ruby syntax checks passed for all four ASC tools
  • ASC metadata, App Preview v003, localization release, and documentation truth-source smokes passed
  • git diff --check and exact credential/private-key scan passed
  • App Store Connect readback confirms build 119 maps to source 9414b91694d405d3e4c91edbae99d547c1684564
  • user reports the latest TestFlight candidate completed iCloud sync without an issue

Release impact

No Swift runtime, CloudKit schema, entitlement, signing, or Xcode project setting changed. This PR should not move xcbuild-v1.7.0 or create a new TestFlight build. App Store review submission remains a separate manual decision.
