Hello @darxriggs , can you please merge commit from this task to the master branch. That we can use latest code with this patch.

I already started development of such a feature in the 'development' branch before this pull request. The concept there is a little bit different. When I'll find more time I'll finalize it. So I think the pull request as is will not make it into the repository.

Hello @darxriggs, thank you for your work. Can you can tell us the approximate dates (week, month, etc.) about completion feature, so that we can plan our project?

I'll upgrade to CodeNarc 0.19 first within the next days.
I have no idea when I'll find the time to progress the custom ruleset feature.
But you could use the snapshot version in the meantime which should already have some basic support for a custom ruleset.
