I particularly liked this ggplot2 tutorial when I was learning R. Prior to using this tutorial, I would just hack until I get the graph I wanted. The tutorial helped me understand the concepts more fully.
I also updated the README to indicate that the UW Intro to Data Science course is no longer free.
