v2.3 of boxquote.el

No real changes of note, other than a bump of the licence to GPL-3+.

v2.1 of boxquote.el

Couple of tweaks that relate to the fact that it's no longer the 1990s (took the * off the start of defcustom doc-strings, and also tweaked a loop to be a cl-loop).

Released mostly to address issue #3. These changes to mean that support for XEmacs has been dropped, for now at least. I don't have a copy of XEmacs to hand, couldn't get a copy to build, and looking at the release history it does seem a little... stale?

v1.24 of boxquote.el

Various clean-up changes; mostly to try and drag the code into a modern Emacs age.

Make a release/tag in support of MELPA.

As per the request by @grettke in #2 here's a "stable" release of boxquote.el with a tag.
