Add riverpod-add, riverpod-update, riverpod-dispose formatters mirroring the existing bloc formatters for talker_riverpod_logger output. Add talkerRiverpodFormat setting (default: true). Document Cursor / Open VSX installation in README. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
