I added Polish translation in this commit, as the title says :)
When I was translating, I noticed that some words to translate are missing (especially in "Profiles Management" tab), but this is probably covered by issue #48.
Additionally, in this commit I only added the file with Polish translation. I couldn't find in the source code, how you add entries into the language list in "About" tab. I suppose it can be done automatically. I also noticed that you bump numbers in something called "assembly", but because I don't want to break something, I didn't touch it.
