fix: updated repository list skeleton arrays to use stable keys (#38)

🎯 Overview & Motivation

The skeleton grid and row loaders inside the repository explorer page view (components/console/repository-list.tsx) were mapping empty iterative allocations via fallback array integers (key={i}). This can cause DOM structure reconciliation mismatch faults during layout toggles or fetch retries.

This PR implements deterministic prefix identifier variations (repo-skeleton-card-${i} and repo-skeleton-row-${i}) to provide reliable tree optimization states.

🛠️ Changes Implemented

• Refactored SkeletonCard layout mapper to use deterministic key strings.
• Refactored SkeletonRow layout table array mapper to use deterministic keys.
